I had quite a mixed experience at Edward Hotel & Convention Center. While the hotel grounds and lobby were appealing, my stay was marred by numerous issues including cleanliness and a lack of basic amenities. Overall, I felt the hotel was in desperate need of repairs and more attention to guest needs.

The rooms I encountered were quite worn and not well maintained. The bathroom had visible aging, and although some rooms seemed remodeled, the majority were in poor condition. I was also disappointed to find that the phone in my room was dead, which felt unsafe.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful when I checked in. However, I felt there was a significant lack of staffing overall, as there was only one person at the front desk who couldn't assist with any issues beyond check-in.
